Working with Facilities Management

Technivo is the preferred supplier of data centre and critical environment cleaning services for many facilities management teams in the UK and across Europe. We are trusted to deliver expert technical cleaning of data centres, be they moderately sized data halls or hyperscale facilities. The result is the same: a planned cleaning maintenance service that clients feel confident in.

Facilities managers we have worked with a long time tell us that they appreciate the excellent care and communication we provide as standard. We can be called upon night and day to deploy our teams’ best cleaning services. We ensure that equipment and the surrounding environment are clean and clear of debris that could otherwise hinder business operations. Our clients recognise that the lifespan of the equipment they house is greatly extended by diligent cleaning maintenance. They understand that regular cleans ensure contaminants and particles are removed, thus ensuring sensitive equipment is protected and that the critical environments they are responsible for are kept operating safely and in an optimum way.

Our aim, like that of our clients’, is to minimise downtime, and we know there is little room for error: downtime costs! Therefore, we deploy teams of operatives that are highly trained, and the cleaning they carry out is thorough, safe, and to an agreed schedule. Our teams come with all the requisite documentation, fully equipped and with full PPE. Our own equipment is regularly serviced and certified, and our processes are fully ISO compliant. Our team leaders ensure any issues are reported back to clients and we are always open to communication regarding further work or special projects, should they be needed. Our customer service line is open 24/7 and our clients can feel secure in knowing they can connect with us at any time.

An area of concern for our facilities management clients is air quality.  While we highly recommend planned cleaning maintenance, so no part of their data centre is left unserviced, we also recommend that regular air particulate testing is conducted to help ensure air is free of airborne contamination. Routine technical cleaning, while essential, will not provide the crucial information that an air particulate test can give. Periodic testing can yield a level of details that allows management teams time to remedy problems and ensure the equipment carries on working as intended.
