Five Steps to Working with Technivo

Our systems and processes make it easy to start working with Technivo. From our very first contact our priority is to ensure you and your team can get on with your business unimpeded by our presence.

Step One

During our initial contact with you we’ll make an initial assessment of your needs and arrange a site visit. Following this inspection and assessment we provide a detailed report setting out the work we propose to carry out, to what schedule and at what cost.

Step Two

The Agreement and Documentation phase: once our report and quotation is agreed we will specify documentation required to enable us to access your site and deliver our service safely, smoothly and with a minimum of disruption to your staff.

Step Three

Next up is Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), which we prepare and provide to you for your records. These documents describe the sequence of works and list all materials, PPE and equipment to be used.

A detailed method of work will be set out, with an evaluation of access and lighting as will all health and welfare considerations, including working at height and in different spaces. All emergency arrangements, First Aid and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) information will be included, as will a full and comprehensive risk assessment of all activities to be undertaken, identifying potential hazards and how we control or mitigate risk.

The statement also provides for COVID-19 safety measures and protocols to ensure all staff are fit, well, working safely, and that works take place at times when the site is less busy or congested to as to minimise contact with other personnel.

Step Four

Service Delivery: work is carried out to the agreed specification and signed off by your team. Any issues encountered will be documented along with proposed solutions where appropriate.

Step Five

On-going service delivery, regular reporting and feedback, invoicing as per the agreed schedule.
