Many of our staff are highly educated, for a very good reason: we think it’s crucial that our people have a full understanding not just of what we do for our clients but what the real value of our work is, and what are the consequences of our actions.
One of our operations supervisors is typical of the breed: a graduate, he has more than twenty years’ experience in logistics management in the petro-chemical industry along with a string of Health & Safety qualifications. He has a deep understanding of the highly technical and more often than not very sensitive areas in which Technivo operates, and is more than capable of communicating that knowledge and experience to more junior members of staff via on- and off-site training, risk assessments and what we call ‘toolbox talks’, which we run on a regular basis.
